Fused cast AZS block
Fused cast AZS block is made of selected zircon sand and industrial aluminum oxide powder in proportion, plus a small amount of Na 2 O (in the form of sodium carbonate), B 2 O (in the form of boric acid or borax) flux, mixed evenly, after 1800~1900℃ melting and casting molding, can be made containing ZrO 2 about 33% of the fused cast brick.
According to the characteristics of the product, the fused cast AZS block can also be subdivided into AZS33#,AZS36#andAZS41#.
Advantages
The fused cast AZS block has the advantages of good slag resistance, strong thermal shock resistance, compact structure and erosion resistance.
Application
Fused cast AZS block is mainly used in glass industry tank kiln, glass electric kiln, iron and steel industry slideway, bubble alkali industry kiln and other kiln refractory materials with high temperature and erosion resistance.
