Fused cast AZS plate
Fused cast AZS plate is an important refractory material with strong corrosion and fire resistance. It is widely used in glass kiln and metal industry.
Advantages
The rock phase structure of the fused cast AZS plate is composed of the eutectic phase of corundum and zircon and the glass phase, which is the eutectic phase of corundum and zircon from the point of view of phase state, and the glass phase is filled between their crystals. Refractory bricks containing about 33% zirconia can be prepared. On this basis, using partially desilicated zircon sand as raw material, the fused cast brick with the content of zirconia of 36%~41% can be prepared.Fused cast AZS plate has Strong resistance to erosion, high temperature resistance, strong resistance to glass erosion, compact structure, low pollution to glass products.
Application
Fused cast AZS plate are mainly used in the important parts of glass kiln.
