Fused cast AZS 36 block can be produced by two methods (casting type) of ZWS and WS, ZrO2 contents is about 36%.
Advantages and applications of Fused cast AZS 36 block
In addition to having the same co-crystallization as AZS33# fused zirconium corundum bricks, 36#AZS bricks have more chained zirconium oxide crystals and lower glass phase content, so the erosion resistance of 36# fused zirconium corundum bricks has been further enhanced. Therefore, it is suitable for areas with fast flow rate of glass liquid or high temperature. AZS36 is a performance product in the AZS series of melting and casting products. It has high resistance to glass liquid erosion and low pollution characteristics. It is usually used in key parts such as the wall near the hot spot of the melting pool in glass furnaces.
