Magnesia alumina carbon brick
It is made of high grade bauxite or corundum sand, magnesia and flake graphite as the main raw materials. In addition to the advantages of high corrosion resistance and not easy to flake due to the carbon content, it also has the advantage of high residual linear expansion rate due to the formation of spinel during the use of heat, so it has become a new development of high quality lining brick.
Advantages
Magnesium aluminum carbon brick has the advantages of anti-erosion, anti-spalling, balanced erosion, safety in use, less steel slag and easy to unpack. Mainly used in the use of conditions caustic steel poke lining. In addition to the advantages of high corrosion resistance and not easy to flake due to the carbon content, it also has the advantages of high residual linear expansion rate due to the formation of spinel when used, so it has become a new development of high quality lining brick.
Application
It is mainly used for lining of large steel drums with harsh conditions.
